Wellness Consultation - Kick Start

Service Description

At Rooted and Rising, I help you connect with your inner self, addressing emotional and physical blockages to foster transformation. This will be three sessions (about an hour each) where we work together to frame up your transformation goals and discover how to empower your wellness journey. Session 1 will be a Reiki infused conversation focused on identifying a goal. Session 2 and 3 will be Reiki infused check ins to continue to support your transformation.
